Hi. I’m Nasir, and this is Home and Harper.

Okay so. This started with a living room that made no sense. Sofa blocking half the window. Rug too small, which I didn’t even know was a thing until it was sitting there looking wrong.

Moved that furniture around maybe fifteen times. Over two weeks.

It worked eventually. Then I did the kitchen. Then the balcony. Somewhere in there I started writing stuff down because I kept forgetting what I’d already tried.

So, this site.

What’s here

Home & Garden gets most of my attention. Rooms, corners, balconies. Small spaces mostly, because that’s what I’m working with and probably what you are too.

Recipes. The ones I make again, not the ones I made once for a photo.

DIY & Crafts. Weekend stuff. If something’s going to eat your whole Saturday I’ll say so at the top.

Fashion & Beauty is the smallest bit here. It’s here because I like it.

Few things you should know

I’m not a designer. No training, none of that. This is all just me doing it in my own place and seeing what held up.

I try to mention the annoying parts. Paint needing a third coat. A shelf that looked easy and wasn’t. That stuff’s more useful than the finished photo.
